Milind Soman’s new bare-chested move will give you fitness goals – Times of India

Milind Soman who loves all things fitness, has got fans talking about his new bare-chested move! The athlete and ex-model who recently turned 50 is on trek in a beautiful place called Phalut in the northeast and he aced the Sirsasana (headstand) pose on the mountain peak there. Taking to his social media, he shared pictures of him doing this among the gorgeous scenery on International Mountain Day and wrote: Happy International mountain day ! Phalut, almost 12000 ft, 4°C ! #kanchenjunga” His tweet got over 3K likes. It drew a bunch of comments as well, with fans praising his fitness levels and calling his post amazing and inspiring.


‘When your bare skin touches the earth mother, you touch the truth’
Milind, who is a fan of running without shoes recently took part in a barefoot run in Delhi with wife Ankita Konwar and shared a photo of that. He wrote alongside: 6k run in Aerocity Delhi yesterday to commemorate the 6th edition of the Barefoot Marathon.

Missing the pure, cold, forest air in Coorg, where every year at this time and before daybreak, we light the lamp to celebrate the river, and sing in praise of Prakriti 🙂 When your bare skin touches the earth mother, you touch the truth.
