Talking about the same, Nushrratt reportedly told a news portal that people want to see her in similar romantic comedies. The actress added that she has worked now in some and has a certain space of hers, but she wants to do other things too. Nushrratt also stated that before her romantic comedies did well, people didn’t want to cast her in that.
According to her, actors are talented and can bring something new to characters. But what happens instead is people still have what will look good on the poster attitude.
Meanwhile, on the work front, after Vidya Balan in ‘Kahaani’, Nushrratt is all set to play a pregnant woman on screen. The actress will be seen as a to-be-mother in the horror flick ‘Chhori’. Directed by Vishal Furia, the film is the Hindi remake of the Marathi horror-mystery ‘Lapachhapi’, which starred Pooja Sawant and Vikram Gaikwad.
Talking to Bombay Times recently, the actress said, “I am playing the role of a 9-month pregnant woman in the film. For now, I am concentrating on trying to get the nuances like the emotions, expressions and the body language right.”
